Facilities

Camping on Caerddaniel is permitted between Easter and September and we can cater for up to 150 basic camping pitches on a first come first serve basis, and limited electrical hook-up pitches that require reservations. We also have 9 Seasonal Touring Pitches, however we do not take short stays for tourers on here.

There are 4 basic camping areas, two at the top of the Park, which are on a more steeper gradient, and 2 at the bottom, with a gentle slope, all with unrestricted views of the sea form areas within these fields. The maximum size of tents for electrical hook-ups is 7m X 7m, however basic camping is more flexible. No large tents will be accepted during the busy periods

Reception

The Reception area is spacious, and contains an Information stand with pamphlets of local attraction available for you to take away and plan your holiday with us. Friendly staff can help you with any further requirements, including Iron and Ice Block hire, as well as gas sales.

If you would like to discuss the possible purchase of a Holiday Home or to book for a further stay, there is always someone here to help you with your enquiries. We also have a Disabled Access Information Point and it is the First Aid Station.

Shop/Takeaway

The Shop is quite small but it is well stocked for all your holiday needs. Also, at the back of the shop is a Take-Away which has hot and cold foods and beverages, and a great menu with a variety of different dishes. The Takeaway can be reached from inside the shop as well as a hatchway or opening to the side, and staff are available to assist with any queries or problems you may have.

Upper Camping Fields Ladies & Gents Toilet/Shower Area

There are many toilets in this area which is split between the Ladies and Gents Block. There are plenty of shower cubicles for everyone that are coin meter operated, and are cleaned to the highest standards. There are also wash areas with work surfaces and sinks, and a small Chemical Disposal Unit, and is located at the bottom of the field.

Lower Camping Fields Ladies & Gents Toilet/Shower Area

There are many toilets in this area which is split between the Ladies and Gents Block. There are plenty of shower cubicles for everyone that are coin meter operated, and are cleaned to the highest standards. There are also wash areas with work surfaces and sinks, and this area is located near our Owner’s Holiday Homes, a little way from the camping fields.

Launderette

The Launderette has Washing Machines and Dryers and plenty of work surface area. It is spacious and clean, and there is an ironing board available for use. Irons can be hired for a small fee from Reception.

Children’s Play Area

The Children’s Play Area, that was new in the summer of 2008, is a great place for the kids to play and meet new and existing friends. There is plenty to do on the regularly inspected equipment, and benches and tables for you to watch and enjoy this enclosed and safe area as a family.

Recreation Field

This area of the Park is a large field that is used for a variety of activities and games. We have provided football goals, and a multi-purpose piece of equipment that can be used as a goal, cricket stumps and basket ball and is highly popular with the youngsters. One of the private access points to the beach is at the far end of the field.

Boat Compound

The Boat Compound is a newly built, secured and C.C.T.V monitored area for the use of Holiday Home Owners only. Boats and jet skis can be stored here ready for use on the open seas. Launch facilities are also available here and we are one of just a few places that can offer this. Watercrafts are not permitted on the Park with campers or Hire Holiday Home Guests
