Thank you for showing an interest in owning a Holiday Home with us. We occasionally do have second-hand Holiday Homes for sale but due to popular demand there is a waiting list. However, should you be interested in the purchase of a new Holiday Home the following applies;

They always have a large selection of Holiday Homes on display there, and the staff are always at hand for help and advice. Should you decide to purchase a Holiday Home, they also offer a professional after sales service.

When you have chosen your new Holiday Home the following one off costs apply;

Delivery

10ft wide = £1351.00 INCLUSIVE OF VAT*
12ft wide = £1515.75 INCLUSIVE OF VAT*
13ft wide = £2173.75 INCLUSIVE OF VAT*
14ft wide = Quotation Required

Connections

Electric, water, sewer & siting on a standard site = £4000.00 INCLUSIVE OF VAT
Electric, water, sewer & siting on a premium site = £4500.00 INCLUSIVE OF VAT
Twin Gas Connection = £400.00 INCLUSIVE OF VAT
T.V. Aerial Installed = £75.00 INCLUSIVE OF VAT (Per Aerial)

Once all payments have been made the annual costs are as follows;

Insurance

Insurance is through us with Jardine Lloyd Thompson and to insure your Holiday Home the following premium applies;

New For Old (Up to £30,000) = £12.00 per £1,000 + 5% I.P.TAX
New For Old (£30,000 - £50,000) = £10.00 per £1,000 + 5% I.P.TAX
New For Old (Over £50,000) = £9.00 per £1,000 + 5% I.P.TAX
Market Value = £17.00 per £1,000 + 5% I.P.TAX

(For the purposes of Holiday Home insurance, Caerddaniel Holiday Home Park is an appointed representative of JLT Corporate Risks Limited who are authorised and regulated by the Financial Services Authority. All new Holiday Homes are insured New For Old - Please ask for details and quotation)

2010 Rent = £2675.48 INCLUSIVE OF VAT
2009 Rates = £360.00 INCLUSIVE OF VAT

Utilities

Electric = 17p per unit* + £15.00 Service Charge Per Meter Reading
Gas = £31.00 per bottle*

      Balconies

      Any new Holiday Home balconies must be erected by Caerddaniel approved companies only. Please ask for more information on these companies at Reception.

      Other Information

      We are open 12 months of the year for Holiday Home Owners but we are not a Residential Park, so you cannot live here.

      All Holiday Homes have sea views and all Owners have access to miles of beautiful sandy beach.

      Also there is no policy where Owners have to remove or change their Holiday Homes after a period of time.

      Sub-Letting or Time-Sharing is not allowed for Owners. Only friends and families are invited to visit the Holiday Home.

      Balcony sizes are dependent on the distances between each Holiday Home. It is the choice of the Owner as to the type of construction required, however the area allowed will be described before purchase. Health and Safety guidelines are strictly adhered to regarding size and make of balconies.
