Thank you for showing an interest in owning a Holiday Home with us. We occasionally do have second-hand Holiday Homes for sale but due to popular demand there is a waiting list. However, should you be interested in the purchase of a new Holiday Home please see the information below.

We deal exclusively with Salop Leisure at Elmstrey, Shrewsbury, Shropshire SY56QS. Tel: 01743 282400 and have done for more than 30 years, or at their Salesroom at Machynlleth, Powys, Tel: 01654 705900.

They always have a large selection of Holiday Homes on display there, and the staff are always at hand for help and advice. Should you decide to purchase a Holiday Home, they also offer a professional after sales service.

Delivery Charges

Up To 12ft wide = £2502.00 INCLUSIVE OF VAT*
12.6ft And 13ft wide = £3078.00 INCLUSIVE OF VAT*
Over 14ft wide = Quotation on Request

Connections Charges

Electric, water, sewer & siting on a standard site = £4000.00 INCLUSIVE OF VAT
Electric, water, sewer & siting on a premium site = £4500.00 INCLUSIVE OF VAT
Twin Gas Connection including two gas bottles = £500.00 INCLUSIVE OF VAT
T.V. Aerial and Dedicated Wi-Fi Box instillation = £450.00 INCLUSIVE OF VAT

2023/24 Rent (Licence Fee) Standard Pitch = £4410.00 Inclusive Of VAT

2023/24 Rent (Licence Fee) Premier Pitch = £4710.00 Inclusive Of VAT

2024/25 Rent (Licence Fee) Premier Pitch = £5000 Inclusive Of VAT

Utilities Charges

Electric = 30p per unit* + £20.00 Service Charge (Meters are read twice a year)

Other Information

We are open 12 months of the year for Holiday Home Owners but we are not a Residential Park, so you cannot live here.

All Holiday Homes have sea views and all Owners have access to miles of beautiful sandy beach.

Also there is no policy where Owners have to remove or change their Holiday Homes after a period of time.

Sub-Letting or Time-Sharing is not allowed for Owners. Only friends and families are invited to visit the Holiday Home.

Balcony sizes are dependent on the distances between each Holiday Home. It is the choice of the Owner as to the type of construction required, however the area allowed will be described before purchase. Health and Safety guidelines are strictly adhered to regarding size and make of balconies, and must be erected by Caerddaniel approved companies only. Please ask for more information on these companies at Reception.
