During the year we have a variety of caravans for sale on our Park. Whether it be an ex-hire caravan, pre-owned, or new, we may have the caravan to suit you. Caravans come in a variety of sizes too, from our smallest size, 28 X 12, right up to large lodges and twin units. Every caravan plot has a unique perspective, and also boasts sea views. These can be from the top of the site looking over caravans and across the bay below, or ones at the bottom with uninterrupted sea views.

We have a variety of empty plot available from time to time, where you can put a new caravan purchased from Salop Leisure. Here you will see the current available plots.

2026/2027 Rates = £725
Both Rent and Rates are for the period 1st May to 30th April and are paid in advance by 30th April.

19 KG Gas Propane Bottle = £48
Delivery Time Slots Are 9:30-10:00am, 13:30 - 14:00, 16:00 - 16:30
Electricity
Price Per Unit = 26.26p
Electric Reading and Maintenance Charge = £20 Per Reading
(Meter are RCD Checked and read twice a year)
Insurance Costs
Insurance is with us through Arthur J Gallagher and to insure your holiday home, the following premiums apply;
New For Old (Band A - Up T0 £60,000 Caravan & £2,000 Contents Cover) = £344.98 Inc I.P. Tax
New For Old (Band B - Over £60,000 Caravan & £2,000 Contents Cover) = £398.58 Inc I.P. Tax New For Old (Band C - Lodge Cover & £2,000 Contents Cover) = £423.28 Inc I.P Tax
Market Value (Band A – Up To £6,000 & £2,000 Contents Cover = £141.78 Inc I.P Tax
Market Value (Band B – Up To £10,000 & £2,000 Contents Cover) = £195.17 Inc I.P Tax

Wi- Fi
We have Annual Payment Plans, that you as an owner can benefit from, that delivers high speed broadband direct to your Holiday Home. This will be charged at;
£15 Monthly Plan - 10GB Data Cap = £180.00 (Per Year)
£20 Monthly Plan - 20GB Data Cap = £240.00 (Per Year)
£25 Monthly Plan - 50GB Data Cap = £300.00 (Per Year)
£30 Monthly Plan - 100GB Data Cap = £360.00 (Per Year)
£35 Monthly Plan - Unlimited* = £420.00 (Per Year)
*350GB Fair Usage Policy Applies. Once exceeded that, there may be a slowdown of the service, but it will not disconnect.
Payment for the Monthly Plans will be charged annually upfront. You can upgrade your Tariff at any time.
In order to take up this option, you will need to pay a one-off fee of £300.00 for the supply, fit, and configuration of a new Dedicated Server. New Caravans have this fitted and covered in the connections.
Other Useful Information
We are open 12 months of the year for our Holiday Home Owners and Guests.
We do not operate an age restriction on caravan, so you do not have to change or remove your caravan due to its age.
You cannot live on the Park. We are not a Residential Park, so this must be you second home.
